GLOBAL WIND ORGANISATION’S BASIC SAFETY TRAINING (REFRESHER)

BST-R (Basic Safety Training Refresher) is designed to reinforce and expand on the knowledge and skills acquired in the BST course through a combination of theoretical and practical training. This refresher course equips participants with the essential skills to support and protect themselves and their colleagues in the industry, covering key areas such as first aid, working at heights, manual handling, and fire awareness.

To remain compliant with GWO’s Training Requirements, these modules must be completed every two years. Otherwise, participants will need to retake the full BST course.

SARETEC’s GWO Basic Safety Training Refresher consists of the following four modules:

AREAS OF COVERAGE:

• First Aid
• Manual Handling
• Fire Awareness
• Working at Heights

PLEASE NOTE: 

To prevent the risk of running this learning opportunity at a loss, SARETEC will only present the course if there are a minimum of six (6) paid participants attending the learning opportunity.
SARETEC will confirm with you in writing through an email informing you at least three (3) working days minimum before the start date of the course whether the learning opportunity is taking place or not.
All delegates will be issued with the required consumable Personal Protective Equipment.
All delegates will be issued a full colour learning guide.
All delegates will be registered on the GWO WINDA database on successful completion of the learning opportunity.
